…and holistic methods and tools?
When nothing worked in my life, I felt broken. I didn’t understand what it was. I was frustrated and discouraged and very angry with myself for being lame, weak, silly. It was a hard time, but deep down I knew it wasn’t me, that the many failures couldn’t be me.
And after a lot of external blaming, I finally started to turn inward and look for answers in myself. That’s when the real changes happened. I went into a deep and honest process of self-knowledge in which I had a lot of help. I met wonderful methods like family constellations, access consciousness, wing wave therapy, writing it all out, and so on. For me, these have brought significant and spectacular changes.
But of course it is important to note that method also matters, but real change is realized by our will and deed. And I use one/them every day and I live my life in a significantly better quality.
Everyone can offer and justify what works for them. And coaching is putting it all together. The coach doesn’t improve you, doesn’t help, and doesn’t tell you what to do. Helps in a capacity that highlights, asks, hopefully a lot, and helps you help yourself. He/she is cooperative and encourages action. My method is all I have learned and who I am. I can wholeheartedly and honestly give who and what I am.
The first step is to tune in to the person, talk, ask questions, and usually the method shows up nicely. And that’s the start.
Self-knowledge is one of the most important and true paths in life, which is good if we keep working on it.
If you feel that the methods I use can contribute to life, text me. And we will find what is best for you.
